Sarah Langley

Sarah has been involved in CrossFit since 2015. She has been at Refine for 6 years. Refine has had huge impact on her health and fitness, but also relationally and spiritually. This is where she met her husband Reese. It has impacted both of them so much, the Lord has called them to be a part owner of Refine since August of 2022. After having their first little girl, Hazel Joy, Sarah works full time, but also spends most of her time running the gym while being a mom. One of the things she enjoys most about Refine is being a coach and helping others discover things they didn't know they could do while helping them through their fitness journey. Outside of the gym, Sarah enjoys the outdoors, triathlons, eating yummy food, spending time with friends and family, and doing DIY projects.
